Terms of Service

NEXCRI provides a business operating system that connects sales, inventory, expenses, customers, reporting and an AI assistant in one workspace.

We may add, change or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. One person or organisation may not maintain accounts for the purpose of abusing trials or limits.

New workspaces may start on a free trial. No card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active plan.

Plan prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. Where a payment provider is connected, charges are collected in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

You can change or cancel your plan from the subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

You own the content you add to your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you add, including customer and team information.

You can export workspace data from Settings. Deletion requests are handled through support after ownership is verified.

Do not use NEXCRI to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service or other customers.

Do not resell, sublicense or copy the service except as expressly permitted. Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required by law.

The AI assistant produces answers calculated from records in your workspace and states the period, evidence and limitations. It is a decision-support tool, not professional financial, legal or tax advice.

You remain responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for filings, lending, investment or other consequential decisions.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment or legal requirements.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. We will handle data in line with our Privacy Policy and any deletion request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
