Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. NEXCRI uses a minimal set of cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Strictly necessary cookies
Authentication cookies keep your session active after you sign in. They are required for the workspace to function and cannot be switched off while you remain signed in.
The customer app and the administration console use separate cookie names, so a session on one surface does not grant access to the other.
Security cookies
Security cookies help us detect abuse, validate requests and protect forms against cross-site attacks. They contain no advertising identifiers.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.
If we introduce optional analytics in future, we will ask for consent first and update this policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent access to protected parts of the service.
Clearing cookies on a shared device is recommended when you finish using the app.
